The Coco Man was no ordinary coconut enthusiast; he was a champion, a maverick of the tropical fruit world. He was often compared to George Jung for his daring exploits, but his adventures revolved around coconuts, the “elixir of life” he apparently claims.
Some believed The Coco Man is in his 70s, but it was difficult to tell, for he defies the ravages of time. He attributed his youthful vigor to the power of coconuts.
The Coco Man is known to scale coconut trees up to twenty-five feet high with his bare hands and feet.
It is believed that this may very well be one of the many homes the Coco Man has shacked up in.
The eternal enigma that is The Coco Man lives a life of seclusion and adventure, but is apparently forever torn between the allure of coconuts and the longing for human connection.
The Coco Man’s existence is mostly rumors, his true story lost to the sands. While we do know he exists, the only tangible trace of his being is the legacy he leaves behind in the form of our Coconut Smuggler products, the embodiment of his passion for the perfect coconut.

Our story starts with an ocean-loving, award-winning hairstylist who noticed a need among her surfing and diving clients for a truly natural, salt water hair protectant. She began to work closely with a chemist to find the perfect ingredient combinations to protect and balance the pH of all hair types against intense climates while incorporating some of the most nostalgic scents of summer. The result, the custom hair and skin care formula that is now the heart of Coconut Smuggler.
